As owner and chief executive officer, Peggy Gay is a dedicated professional with a unique blend of experience in education, family service, and business leadership. As a proud military spouse for 21 years, she supported her husband through careers in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army. These years of supporting her husband’s military career, along with countless moves, instilled in her resilience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for community.

Peggy taught school at every duty station from elementary to high school, where her goal was to inspire students to succeed. Her background in education reflects both her analytical skills and her commitment to guiding others toward growth.

After the passing of her husband, Keith Gay, Peggy stepped into the leadership role with the company. Having regularly attended shareholder meetings and stayed informed about the company’s direction over the years, she brought both familiarity and fresh perspective to her new responsibilities. Today, Peggy carries forward Keith’s vision with dedication, while applying her own strengths in organization, problem-solving, and long-term planning.

Peggy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Mississippi.
